What does brand-led strategy look like?

Well, it makes sense to introduce you to my signature framework for building enduring brands: The Brand Codex©. It’s based on common strategy theory that suggests you need 3 core components: understand the problem to solve + create a framework to operate within + build a plan to execute.

How I work

Remote-first, highly engaged

I’m based in Tasmania and work with 95% of our clients remotely (some I’ve never even met in person!).

This hasn’t stopped me from building strong, long-term relationships.

While I occasionally travel for key engagements such as full-day workshops, I’m always mindful of ensuring the best value is gained from in-person meetings.

Flexible, but always reliable

I don’t operate on a traditional 9-to-5 schedule because years of experience have shown us that strategic thinking thrives with space and balance.

That said, I take my commitments seriously.

If I say I’ll deliver something by a deadline, I will. And if circumstances change, you’ll always hear from me ahead of time.

Consulting and collaborative

I partner with my clients as an independent advisor, bringing objective, strategic expertise shaped by decades of experience to guide your team toward strategic and commercial solutions, while building your internal capabilities.

Clear communication, no guesswork

We will communicate primarily through email, phone, and planned video calls. This ensures discussions and decisions are easily referenced when needed.

Text messages are reserved for urgent logistics only – this helps keep conversations structured and trackable.
