A: If you’ve got a vision for making an impact, are ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work (no plug-and-plays here!) and you enjoy a blend of solo and live group work - then this could well be the right format for you.
The Unlock Your Brand Group Program gives you the framework and support to DIY your brand strategy in the most cost-effective way of working with Melissa at this depth.
A: We'll meet for 90 minutes each fortnight for Q&A and then have 90 minute coworking time every other week. But (and this is a big 'but') the real time investment is what you put into the program in-between sessions.
Each fortnight you will gain access to new support materials (online modules, workbooks, videos, etc.) that you will ideally spend at least 2 - 4 hours on each week. So all up, the minimum time required for this program to be of maximum value to you is 3.5 - 5.5 hours a week.
A: Absolutely. Brand & Marketing strategy is relevant to any business model. The program is based on the exact framework I use for clients across professional services to retail to ecommerce and everything in between.
A: Firstly, G'day! Secondly, you totally can. I'll do my darnedest to ensure the live sessions are time-zone friendly to the majority of participants. Of course, timezones are always tricky. Each group session will be recorded so you can re-watch at your convenience. Our online community will provide a live communication platform for in-between discussion and our 1:1 sessions will be held at a time convenient for you.

A: Like any good strategy, it can’t be set in stone. Conditions will change, your audience preferences will shift, trends will come and go, regulations will change and pandemics might happen (who would have thought, right?) 🤪
You’ll have to keep a close eye on your environment and adapt it as you go along. But the good thing is that you will have the skills and tools to adapt as things impact your business. The program will arm you with a repeatable framework to assess and reassess as you need to.
A: No troubles, bubbles! I’m confident that Unlock Your Brand and the guidance it will provide you during our time together. We will also have a second 1:1 session together up to 3 months after we finish - so you'll still be able to tap into my brain for your brand once we're done.
After that, you'll have access to monthly accountability check-in sessions for up to 6 months after the program has finished. This helps keep the motivation high and the opportunity to bounce ideas and troubleshoot as you begin to implement your strategy.
A: My super awesome clients live all over the world so I choose to charge in USD, which is the globally understood benchmark currency. For Australian residents, all USD prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
I take pricing ethics seriously, and have pledged not to employ charm pricing (e.g. $1,199 instead of $1,200) or predatory payment plans (which unfairly disadvantage folks who choose a flexible payment option). It's my belief that both of these tactics are manipulative and ultimately harmful to society. So no, I'm not charging USD for personal gain.
A: Firstly that would mean you’re not seeing the value in it for your business and frankly that would devastate me. I can't offer refunds for as the program materials are offered online. But, I'm an empathetic person. If your circumstances have changed and mean you're unable to commit to the program any longer, we can discuss alternative solutions. Get in touch with me and we will work it through.
